Mark is an accredited specialist in property law and a member of the Property Law Committee of the Law Society of New South Wales.
He has particular experience representing private developers and investors, as well as public sector agencies whose land holdings and dealings in land are specially regulated.
Mark understands the commercial outcomes his public and private sector clients want to achieve and the commercial, regulatory, administrative and political frameworks within which they operate. A particular focus in recent years has been the delivery of creative and flexible land use outcomes by means of titling options such as stratum, community or strata schemes.
