Neil is an accredited specialist in industrial relations and employment law, a member of the Workplace Committee of the Law Society of New South Wales, and a member of the committee responsible for assessing accredited specialists on behalf of the Law Society of New South Wales. Brett is an accredited specialist in industrial relations and employment law and is a member of the Committee responsible for assessing accredited specialists on behalf of the Law Society of New South Wales. Brett has over 10 years' experience in advising clients on employment, industrial relations, discrimination and occupational health and safety matters.
Brett has extensive experience in assisting clients involved in complex legal proceedings relating to executive terminations, confidentiality and post-termination restraints, and industrial disputes. Brett also has specialist expertise in both the employment and securities law aspects of employee share and option plans, phantom schemes, profit sharing and bonus schemes.
