John is a well known commercial lawyer with over twenty years experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial law. He specialises in corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and cross border transactions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and financing arrangements.
John has a special interest in the pharmaceutical industry. He is also the honorary solicitor for and non-executive director of Ian Thorpe’s Foundation for Youth, a charitable trust for the alleviation of illness and sickness in children. |

Andrew is a corporate lawyer who specialises in advising companies on private and public capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and financing transactions. Andrew works closely with tax, transactions and other specialists within PricewaterhouseCoopers in the provision of seamless professional services to domestic and international clients.
